We spoke earlier today.

For several years I have suffered one cold after another during the winter months, some years actually one per month from September to April. I had the usual colds in September and October last year, and then started on your recommended course of Echinaforce and Ester-C. Since then, not a sniffle, despite being surrounded by sneezy grandchildren on a number of occasions. Wonderful!
